Dr. Messinger is treating my spouse for Lyme Disease with multiple co-infections that have been left undiagnosed for years. He has given us answers that we have been searching for and we’re more than likely the cause of a long list of symptoms and serious illness. He is truly amazing and kind and attentive pays attention and asks the right questions which he then uses to establish a timeline going back to the onset of his symptoms. He gave consideration to the events that were taking place in life and the impact they may have contributed to the rapid decline in his health over the years. His knowledge and welcoming demeanor made us feel even more confident that we were in good hands. Dr. Messinger uses the most accurate and extensive testing available to properly diagnose Tick Borne Illnesses and has given us hope that he may recover. We know it will take time and isn’t something that can be instantly resolved but it is such a relief to finally know what we are dealing with. We are grateful to finally have a Doctor that is competent and he shows a genuine interest in his patients care. With an accurate dignosis he went to work to formulate a plan of attack to fight the infection aggressively with an arsenal of therapies that are available. He has truly been the answer to our prayers & has given us hope when we on the verge of giving up. I had struggled with unexplained chronic health issues for almost 5 yrs before finding Dr. Tom Messinger. I had seen over 30 doctors including western medicine specialists from every type of speciality you can think of, naturopaths, physical therapists and chiropractors but no doctor could figure out what was wrong with me. I was told I was "crazy" and that "nothing was wrong with me." I was ready to give up until finally I was referred to Tom. Tom was the first doctor I had seen who truly listened to my health issues and symptoms. After conducting testing, we discovered I had Lyme disease, multiple tick borne co-infections and mold illness. Tom was very respective of my tight budget in regards to treatment and only prescribed what was necessary. He is the most knowledgeable and caring doctor I've ever worked with. He truly CARES about his patients and doesn't seek to just "treat the symptoms" as many doctors do. He seeks to find the root cause of your symptoms and treat it appropriately. I've worked with Tom for about 2 yrs now and am officially in remission. A word I never thought I'd be able to say. I'm completely healthy now and don't have any remaining symptoms.
